In the last 6 months I have used Ascend Appliance Services twice, once for a GE Refrigerator and then my Maytag front loading washer had a leak... We've called him for 3 repairs within the past 6 months. I'm so glad I found him.

1st repair: Pump motor burned out on our 4 year old LG dishwasher. Mohamed had to order the pump motor. Took a couple of days to deliver and he came right over and installed it. No problem. Been working fine since.

2nd repair: Control panel LED display failed on our Magic Chef electric range. (I ordered and replaced the control module circuit board and installed it myself. It did not solve the problem). Called Mohamed. He came by the same afternoon and found a short in the mother board and repaired it on the spot. Been working fine since.

3rd repair: Heat failed in our Kenmore electric dryer. Thinking the heating element had burned out, I tried to repair it but found that the element was OK. Testing several other items but could not find the problem. Called Mohamed. He came over the next day and found that one of the thermostat switches was bad and again fixed it on the spot. What more could you ask for?

Water & ice maker was not working on our refrigerator.
Mohammed was on time very professional & was very nice.
